For reference, I used tutorials I found here: http://thecraftyblogstalker.com/how-to-make-20-different-fabric-flowers/3/
This is another project for my LARP (Live Action Role Play) characters. I’m aging and staining these boxes, and eventually I’ll seal them with a clear coat. I’m using a homemade coffee, vinegar and steel wool stain and also various colours of Varathane wood stains. When they’re all finished, I’ll post more photos and include all the materials I used. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a comment or two.
So this is a hand-sewn keeper for two looms, which I finished making on June 30th for one of my LARP characters. The fabric is canvas which I hand dyed with coffee. The pattern is so simple that you can probably figure it out just by looking at it, but if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer.
The looms are two sets of six ‘dowel-kneedles,’ and both sets can be purchased from Michael’s Arts & Crafts stores.
So this was a project I did last year, just before Christmas for a friend of mine (in the pictures). If you want to know more about it, you can see the project on my Ravelry page: Betheratgirl’s Project on Ravelry “Wolf Hood”
